A Toronto-area fan and filker who discovered fandom in 1988. With his wife Judith Hayman, he became involved in filk in 1990 at Ad Astra and then volunteered at FilKONtario of which he soon became a leader, chairing FilKONtario 26. He helped run filk at Toronto Trek and at Torcon 3. He originated the idea of a Filk Hall of Fame in 1993 and continues to help run it.
