Con*Cept 2003 was a convention held November 8, 2003 at the Days Inn Hotel in Montreal, QC. GoH was Dave Duncan, AGoHs were Ted Nasmith and Heidi Taillefer, Media GoHs were Teryl Rothery, Michael Sheard and Frédéric Ouellet (Francophone). MCs were Larry Stewart and Pascal Forget (Francophone), and Auctioneer was Paul Bennett. Media GoH Claudia Christian and Behind the Scenes Media GoH Joe Mallozzi had to cancel due to work commitments.
Attendance was 318, and the convention came in around $2000 in the black.
This was the last year the convention was run by MonSFFA; from this point on, it was run by ConCept SF&F Inc.
