Windycon XIX was a convention held from November 6-8, 1992 at the Hyatt Regency Woodfield in Schaumburg, IL. Guests of Honor: Robert Shea, Julius Schwartz, Todd Cameron Hamilton, Wolf Foss, Rick Foss. Toastmaster: Rick Foss, Wolf Foss. The theme was "A Holiday Relaxicon." Chair: Marie Bartlett-Sloan.
ISFiC Guest: John Varley, Dean Ing. The ISFiC Writers Contest winner is "Make-Up Magic," by Sheila Insley.
