Timothy R. Sullivan was a fan who was active in WSFA before moving to Philadelphia, PA. Along with Somtow Sucharitkul he was deeply involved in the Dunegate feud in WSFA and with him co-founded the short-lived Washington Alternative SF Association as a consequence.
He later turned pro, writing books -- mostly media tie-ins -- and acting.
