LibertyCon 35, which was also DeepSouthCon 61, was a convention held June 23–25, 2023, at the Chattanooga Marriott Downtown and Convention Center in Chattanooga, TN. The GoHs were Larry Correia, David Mattingly, Travis S. Taylor, and Regina Kirby. Additionally, there were two 35th Anniversary Guests: Timothy Zahn and David Weber.

The convention was sold out in advance. The MC was Terry Maggert and the Charity of Choice was Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga. It was chaired by Brandy Hendren.
