Richard "Rich" B. Elsberry, a Minneapolis fan, was most active in the 1950s. He was a member of the MFS and was one of the registered occupants of Room 770 at the Nolacon. He also belonged to the ISFCC, the N3F, and Young Fandom. He seems to have ended his intense burst of fannishness by the mid-50s, but was still in fandom in the early 60s.
He appears in a group photo of fans (including Sam Moskowitz) in Harry Warner’s A Wealth of Fable, p. 348 (SCIFI Press, 1992).
