Jerry Oltion is a writer from Eugene, Oregon who is known for numerous novels and short stories, including books in the Star Trek series. He was been twice nominated for the Best Novella Hugo (in 1997 and 2000).
He is a member of the Wordos writers' group and also writes under the pen name Ryan Hughes.
