Canfandom is the term sometimes used by the fans of Canada. They have staged three Worldcons in Toronto, Torcon, Torcon 2 and Torcon 3; one in Winnipeg, ConAdian; and one in Montreal, Anticipation. The Canadian national convention is Canvention.
Fannish strongholds exist in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.
BNFs from Canada have included Gina Ellis Clarke, Chester Cuthbert, Les Croutch, Mike Glicksohn, John Millard and Robert Runte.
