Lester Boutillier, a Louisiana fan, contributed to the fanzine Starling in 1976. He was a member of FAPA, SFPA, PHAPA, SAPS and MiSHAP. He was part of the of the New Orleans in '82 Worldcon bid committee and belonged to the Southern Fandom Confederation.
