-The Best Cover Artist [[Hugo]] category was a one-time category, awarded only in 1953 at [[Philcon II]], the first year the [[Hugos]] were awarded.  It was replaced in 1955 (the next year the [[Hugos]] were awarded) with [[Best Professional Artist]]. This latter category has survived.
