Joseph V. Maraglino, a fan from Niagara Falls, NY, published the excellent fanzine Astromancer Quarterly in the 1990s. He belonged to the Niagara Falls Science Fiction Association, chaired the Niagara Falls in '98 Worldcon bid, and was chairman of the George Alec Effinger Medical Fund.
He was married to fanartist Linda Michaels.
