Windycon XVII was a convention held from November 9-11, 1990 at the Hyatt Regency Woodfield in Schaumburg, IL. Guests of Honor: Barbara Hambly, Bob Eggleton, Brian M. Thomsen, Martha Beck. Toastmaster: Mike Resnick. Chair: Lenny Wenshe. The theme was "Uncle Lenny's Polka-Rama."
ISFiC Guest: Mark Rogers. The ISFiC Writers Contest winner is "Ailin's Castle," by Robin Leigh Michaels.
