(Do you mean the 1930s Jules Verne Prize given by the Jules Verne Prize Club (JVPC)?)
The Jules Verne Award seems to have been a promotional gimmick invented by Don Wollheim in the early 1950s to hype a series of anthologies he hoped to edit. One volume, Prize Science Fiction, was produced in 1953 and the stories were selected by Wollheim "As directed by the Jules Verne Committee." The committee consisted of Wollheim, Forrest J Ackerman and Otto v. St. Whitelock.
There is no evidence other anthologies were published or awards were given for any other year.
