Colin Parsons was a British fan who was a British fan from Sutton in Surrey active in the mid-1950s. He was a member of the Surrey Circle. His first convention was the Medcon and he was a member of the Supermancon. He published the fanzine Fission with Geoff Wingrove.
He is listed in Ron Bennett's Directory of Science Fiction Fandom for 1955 but not later.
