DeepSouthCon 21, AKA Satyricon II, was held June 3-5, 1983 at the Hyatt Regency Knoxville in Knoxville, TN. Stephen King was GoH, Guy H. Lillian III was Fan GoH.
Attendance was 804, and the chairman was Vernon Clark, and the MC was Barbara Wagner. John Guidry and Lynn Hickman won the Rebel Award, and Doug Chaffee and Joe Haldeman won the Phoenix Award. Deb Hammer Johnson edited Weird Shit Tales for the con.
