Rebecca A. Smith is a longtime New Orleans club and convention fan. She chaired CONtraflow I (2011), CONtraflow II (2012), and Coastcon (2007??). She was also co-chair of the New Orleans in 2018 Worldcon bid.
She has been leader of the club Babylon 504 (1996–2004) and Captain of its successor, Area 504 (2005–????).
