Mark Loney is a Melbourne fan who published Fanthology '90 and ran unsuccessfully for GUFF and DUFF (the latter in 1986 with his wife, Michelle Muijsert. He was behind the Stuffed Cane Toads Ditmars and the Rogers Street Laundry Door DUFF candidacy.
