Merlin R. "Bob" Null was long active in LASFS, serving twenty terms as the organization's vice president. He also sat on the Board of Directors, and frequently handled logistics for local conventions including both Loscon and local Worldcons, and was always one of those nearly invisible hard-working people who make fandom work. He is a Patron Saint of LASFS.
