V-Con 4 was held February 21-23, 1975 at the Sheraton Landmark Hotel in Vancouver, BC. The GoH was Robert Silverberg. It was chaired by Mike Bailey and attendance was about 600.
Reports on the con say that had about 500 members and a fairly academic program.
