Mythcon XIX was a convention held in July/August 1988 on the Clark Kerr Campus in Berkeley, California. The GoHs were Ursula K. Le Guin, and Brian Attebery, a fantasy scholar. The thyeme of the convention was "Legends for a New Land: Fantasy in America".
