World Fantasy Convention 2000 was held October 26-29, 2000 at the Omni Bayfront Hotel in Corpus Christi, Texas. The Guests of Honor were K. W. Jeter, John Crowley, and the Guest Artist was Charles Vess. The convention's theme was "El Dia de los Muertos (The Day of the Dead)", Joe R. Lansdale was toastmaster and it was chaired by Fred Duarte and sponsored by FACT.
