Necon 3 was a convention held in 1982 at Roger Williams University near Providence, RI. The GoHs were T.E.D. Klein, Michael McDowell, and Jill Bauman. The toastmaster was Alan Ryan, the Roastee was Stephen King and it was chaired by Bob Booth.
