InConJunction XVI was held July 5-7, 1996 at the Indianapolis Marriott East. The Author GoH was Richard A. Knaak, the Artist GoH was Ray VanTilburg, the Special Guest was First Fandom and the Fan GoH was Stephen W. Bridge. The Featured Guest was Michael P. Kube-McDowell, the toastmaster was Arlan K. Andrews, Sr., and it was chaired by Rebecca Chike.
