Jack Marsh was a UK fan from Orpington in Kent active in the late 1960s and 1970s. He was part of the wider Ratfandom group and attended Sci-Con, Eastercon 22, and Seacon 75.
He published short fiction in Macrocosm and Zimri and a few reviews for Vector.
ISFDB credits him with some letters in Startling Stories in 1949–50 but this is a different person of the same name who was a member of the N3F.
