-'''J. Heitt''' was a [[fan]] from Hollywood active in the 1930s. He was a member of the [[UK]]'s [[Science Fiction Association]] (SFA). A number of members of [[LASFS]] joined in July 1937 so it's possible and indeed likely that Heitt was part of that group given the timing and the Hollywood address. Then again, perhaps he was a [[Forrest J Ackerman]] [[pseudonym]]. Or a typo.
