Stanley Roberts was a UK fan from Stoke-on-Trent active possibly in the 1930s and in the 1940s. He was a member of the Stoke-on-Trent Science Fiction Club and the British Fantasy Library (BFL).

That said, his activity was somewhat limited as in Futurian War Digest #14 (November 1941) he was reported to be a prisoner-of-war in Stalag VIII A in Lower Silesia. He didn't return to the UK until early 1944 and J. Michael Rosenblum said, 'We hope to welcome him back to active fanning'. He was not listed in the Directory of Anglo-Fandom of 1945 although an 'S. Roberts' of Stoke-on-Trent is listed as a member of the BFL.
