Jean Berman is a Boston-area fan who founded the Brookline High School SF Club. She was later responsible for introducing Jim Young to fandom. She has been a member of NESFA, RISFA-North and Apaloosa.

She was a model in the “A Galaxy of Fashion” show at Tricon, the 1966 Worldcon. Jean was an early Star Trek fan, along with her sister, fan Ruth Berman.
