Joseph Tombs “Jay” Oliver was a fan from Georgia active in the 1940s and ’50s. He was one of the founders of the Atlanta Science Fiction Organization. He contributed to a number of fanzines, including Quandry, and sold some short fiction.
Oliver was born in Ideal, GA. He died from lung cancer.
