A scholarship created and administered by the Lunarians to send students from the Greater New York area to writers’ workshops such as Clarion, Clarion West and Odyssey. It was supported by a book raffle held at Lunacon.
It was named after DAW Books’ Don and Elsie Wollheim, longtime New York fans and supporters of the Lunarians.
