Phil Rogers was a British fan active in the 1960s and 70s. He was on the committee of Eastercons Ronvention and Yarcon. He was an active member of the BSFA.
Winner of the Doc Weir Award in 1971 and was inducted into the Knights of St. Fantony at Loncon II in 1965 and made Nobel Master at Thirdmancon in 1968.
He was married to fellow fan Doreen Rogers. As a wine maker and keen gardener, he used the products of his well-stocked greenhouse in the meals that he and Doreen created for fellow fans.
