Floyd C. Gale was the penname of Floyd Clifford Gold, a critic who wrote book reviews for Galaxy Science Fiction from 1955–63. He also wrote fiction, sometimes as Christopher Grimm.

He was Galaxy editor H. L. Gold’s brother; they sometimes collaborated on stories.
