Bob Jennings is a fan born in Tennessee, now living in Massachusetts. He was a member of the N3F and the SFG. Fanzines include The Monday Evening Ghost, The Magazine of Ramblings, and, bizarrely, A Trip to Hell (with D. Bruce Berry). He was a member of N'APA and published A Public Service. His most recent fanzine is Fadeaway, issues of which are available at eFanzines. He was a member and OE of SFPA.

Jennings edited the N3F fanzine Tightbeam, from issue #273 through issue #288. He resigned the editorship in 2018.

His biography appears in Bill Schelly's Founders of Comic Fandom (McFarland, 2010).
