Midwestcon 46 (FanHistoriCon 3) was held June 23–25, 1995. Dick & Leah Smith organized FanHistoriCon, held in conjunction.
Some diehard MWC regulars objected to the introduction of programming to the relaxacon. The nametags were printed so that attendees could switch which side was up to indicate the con they were attending; those attending both wore them sideways.
