Lunacon 2016 was held March 18–20, 2016, at the Hilton Westchester, Rye Brook, New York. The GoHs were Robert Sawyer, Rick Sternbach, and Naomi Novik. The filk group Murder Ballads was also honored as Music Guests.
Lunacon 2015, sponsored by the Lunarians was cancelled in November 2014, and in January 2015, it was announced that there would be a Lunacon in 2016 sponsored by a new organization, the Lunarians (2), and that Mark W. Hellinger and John William Upton.
