LepreCon 9 was a convention held May 20-22, 1983 at the Ramada TowneHouse in Phoenix, AZ. The Artist GoH was Frank Kelly Freas, The Author GoH was Jack Williamson, and Elayne Pelz was Fan GoH. Bill Rotsler was toastmaster and Terry Gish chaired the convention.
