Barbara Geraud (later Knutson) was a Pittsburgh fan, member of the Western Pennsylvania Science Fiction Association (WPSFA).  She chaired PgHLANGE VIII, PgHLANGE X and PgHLANGE XI (this last one basically by herself).  She edited Cygnus X-1 and organized the hoax apa HAPA, Ask Not and was was of the perpetrators of the Johnstown in 1983 hoax bid.  She subsequently got heavily involved in Beauty and the Beast fandom.
