Elizabeth O. Cullen was a life member of the Washington SF Association. She served from 1957–65 as club secretary, and from 1955–1967, until her health deteriorated, hosted most WSFA meetings in her home on West Beach Drive in NW DC.
She was librarian for an organization of railroad lobbyists.
