SoonerCon 13 was a convention held November 21-23, 1997 at the Clarion Hotel in Oklahoma City, OK. The GoH was Joe R. Lansdale, the AGoH was Larry Elmore, and Roger Tener was Fan GoH. Sage Walter was toastmaster.
After SoonerCon 13 there was a hiatus until 2005
