Julie Dillon is a freelance genre artist from Northern California. She reports that she has been drawing most of her life, but her professional career began in 2006. She received a BFA in Fine Arts from Sacramento State University in 2005, and continued her education at the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco.
She has received several genre awards for her art, including three Hugo Awards.
