Richard "Rich" Elsberry was a Minneapolis fan who was most active in the 1950s. He was a member of the MFS and was one of the registered offupants of Room 770 at the Nolacon. At one time he also belonged to the ISFCC, the N3F, and Young Fandom.
He appears in a group photo of fans (including Sam Moskowitz) on Harry Warner's A Wealth of Fable p348 (SCIFI Press, 1992).
