Comicdom's Amateur Press Alliance, an apa for members of Comic-book Fandom. Its publication is titled KAPPA-alpha, or K-a. It was founded by Jerry Bails who ran it until early 1966 when he decided to gafiate (and threw the APA into turmoil.)
CAPA-alpha's OE was called the "Central Mailer."
