A hotel in Bloomington, MN which (under a series of different names) is the long-time home of Minicon and often called the Rad South.

Name Years Minicons
Radisson South 1985-1998 Minicon 20-Minicon 33
Sheraton Bloomington 2005-2011 Minicon 40-Minicon 46
DoubleTree Bloomington 2012-2018 Minicon 47-Minicon 53

The hotel is a large one, with lots of complex, rambling function space and is a great (if confusing) venue for a convention. (Unfortunately, it's in a suburban food wasteland.)
