Vikingcon 4 was a convention held in 1983 in Bellingham, WA. The GoHs]] were Theodore Sturgeon, Jayne Sturgeon, Wendy Pini, and Richard Pini.

The toastmaster was Ed Bryant, Larry Niven was Special Guest and it was chaired by Mark Cecil.
