'''William R. “Bill” Warren, Jr.,''' is a [[Seattle]]-area professional [[artist]], who was one of the founding members of the [[Northwest Science Fiction Society]] and [[Norwescon]]. He contributed most of the artwork used to advertise the [[Seattle in 1981]] [[Worldcon bid]], re-creating scenes from famous [[SF]] movies in Seattle settings.  

He began publishing professionally in 1975. His biolog by [[Jay Kay Klein]] appeared in the May, 1988, issue of ''[[Analog]]''.
