Siegel certainly wrote in to promags, including ''[[Amazing Stories]]'' ([https://archive.org/details/AmazingStoriesVolume04Number05/page/n91/mode/1up August, 1928]) and ''[[Science Wonder Stories]]'' ([https://archive.org/details/Science_Wonder_Stories_v01n06_1929-11.Stellar/page/n91/mode/1up November, 1929]). Update: I've looked at all the classified ads (and letters) in all of Science Wonder Stories ''per se;'' there's no mention of ''Cosmic Stories'' or advertisements for any Cleveland-based publications. There were a few PSAs for fannish stuff, like one for the Scienceers, just not for anything connected to Siegel or Cleveland.
