[[Necon]] 23 was a [[convention]] held July 17-20, 2003 at Roger Williams University in [[Bristol, RI]].  The [[GoHs]] were T. M. Wright, [[Elizabeth Hand]], [[Richard Chizmar]], and [[Omar Rayyan]]. The [[toastmaster]] was James Moore, the Roastee was Elizabeth Monteleone, the [[Necon Legend]] was [[Gahan Wilson]], and it was chaired by [[Dan Booth]].
