A [[fanzine]] published by [[Ron Maddox]]; probably the first ever fanzine to be edited from [[Africa]], where Maddox (originally from [[New Jersey]]) was living. He had assistance from fans back in the US, with [[Phil Froeder]] stencilling, and printing by [[Joe Kennedy]] and [[Lloyd Alpaugh]], the latter of whom had custody of Maddox's mimeo after he left for Africa.

The first issue was censored for obscenity by [[Charles Burbee]], with a pair of scissors, on its appearance in [[FAPA]]. It passed through [[SAPS]] uncensored.
