The Genie, a 1959 comic fan film, starred Forrest J Ackerman, Bjo Wells and Fritz Leiber. The 8-minute movie produced by Al Lewis and Unicorn Productions premiered at Westercon 12 and Detention. Eney called it a “remarkably good color fantasy” in the Fancyclopedia 2 Supplement.
Dale Frey, John Trimble and Ernie Wheatley were the rest of the crew.
