Rogue's Gallery (there was The a part of the title on the cover, but not inside) was an 18-page one-shot fanzine published in 1943 (undated, going by secondary sources) by A. L. Schwartz and Jules Lazar with caricature covers by Art Widner.
It was a kind of fan directory, or rather dictionary, containing standardised one-paragraph biographies of several dozens fans including British ones, but not their addresses.
The title seems influenced by OSA Rogue's Gallery, published for Oklahoma Scientifiction Association by Jack Speer in 1938 (per Pavlat-Evans).
