Marcia Kelly Illingworth (formerly Marcia McCoy) is a conrunning fan who lived near Cambridge, UK, for many years and is now living in Tennessee. She has worked on a variety of conventions and co-chaired DSC 34 and Con*Stellation XVI. She is a member of Electrical Eggs.
